Appeal by Southport Centre Inc., to the Mississauga Appeals and Property Standards Committee regarding a Property Standards Order issued on February 5, 2025 against the property municipally known as 1654 Lakeshore Road West (Ward 2), Mississauga, Ontario L5J 1J3.


The subject appeal Hearing will be held in accordance with the provisions of the City of Mississauga's Property Standards By-law 0654-98, as amended, and the Building Code Act, S.O., 1992, C. 23.
