Committee Members spoke to the maintenance of the heritage properties, proposed park development and exclusion and conservation of the garage until future use is determined and noted the impact of the Hurontario Street widening project.  

In response, Paula Wubbenhorst, Heritage Planner noted that staff would take these concerns into consideration.
