Regarding a Licensing Manager's decision to deny the renewal of an Eatery Operating Licence, under the City of Mississauga's Business Licencing Bylaw 0001-2006, as amended.


The subject appeal Hearing will be heard in accordance with the provisions of the City of Mississauga's By-law 420-04, as amended, and the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O., 1990, c. S. 22, as amended.
