That the memorandum from John Dunlop, Manager, Heritage Planning and Indigenous Relations, entitled "Request to Alter a Heritage Designated Property at 7076 Old Mill Lane (Ward 11), dated April 21, 2023, be approved with the following recommendations from the Subcommittee:
- That the fencing be replaced with three foot wooden picket fencing and the stone pillars be incorporated into the fencing; and
- That the driveway gates be removed; and
- That the chain link fencing be reduced to 4 feet on the side where it abuts 7070 Old Mill Lane, from the garage to the street; and
- That the revised drawings be provided to the Subcommittee Members prior to the Recommendation being approved at the Heritage Advisory Committee on June 13, 2023.
