Appeal by Jules Baranyi, Appellant to the Mississauga Appeals and Property Standards Committee regarding a Property Standards Order issued on November 9, 2023 against the property municipally known as 26 Broadview Avenue (Ward 1), Mississauga, Ontario L5H 2S9.


The subject appeal Hearing will be held in accordance with the provisions of the City of Mississauga's Property Standards By-law 0654-98, as amended, and the Building Code Act, S.O., 1992, C. 23.
