Martha Cameron, Legislative Coordinator recited the Indigenous Land Statement.

There were no deputations.

There were no questions registered by the public.

Jack Kukolic, Producer, Oakwood Films provided the Subcommittee members with a background about the film "Terry's Little Village" and advised that the film has been shown in various festival circuits.

Terry Wilson, Citizen Member provided the Subcommittee with the background of the Little Village and his mother Rosemary's dedication and appreciation of the heritage of Meadowvale Village.  Further T. Wilson noted the Little Village's success and that it won the Doors Open award for all time favourite heritage site in Ontario, that he wrote a book entitled "Rosemary's Village" and spoke to the increased public interest to visit the Little Village.

Councillor Brad Butt spoke to sharing the documentary with Heritage Mississauga.

John Dunlop, Manager, Indigenous Relations, Heritage and Museums spoke to the change in scheduling of the meetings in relation to permit processes.

    That the memorandum dated September 20, 2024 entitled "2025 Meadowvale Village Heritage Conservation District Subcommittee Meeting Dates", from Martha Cameron, Legislative Coordinator, be approved.

Subcommittee members spoke to the district guidelines and were advised by John Dunlop, Manager, Indigenous Relations, Heritage and Culture that the revision would be due in a few years and that Terry's Little Village would be added as a heritage attribute and that each property in the heritage conservation district has a list of heritage attributes.
