Appeal by Morguard NARS (Ontario) Holdings Limited to the Mississauga Appeals and Property Standards Committee regarding a Property Standards Order issued on September 12, 2023 against the property municipally known as 30 Elm Drive East (Ward 4), Mississauga, Ontario L5A 4C3.

The subject appeal Hearing will be held in accordance with the provisions of the City of Mississauga's Property Standards By-law 0654-98, as amended, and the Building Code Act, S.O., 1992, C. 23.
