Mr. Ahmad, Mr. Scheckenberger and Ms. Stokke presented and provided an overview with Build Beautiful Stormwater Master Plan. They noted the consultation, feedback, the framework, actions and next steps.

Councillor Dasko inquired and expressed concerned about the number of people that participated in the survey.  Ms. Stoke and Mr. Ahmad responded noting that they were pleased with the number of people that participated in the survey due to its length and extensive detail.

Ms. Ramjattan, Mr. Abu-Eseifan and Ms. Paraschiv presented and provided an overview on the Five (5) Year Energy Conservation Plan Annual Report. They noted the Energy Management Team, the Current Energy Conservation Plan, the 2020 Second Year Results, Energy Management Tools, Completed Initiatives in 2020 and Partnering for Success.

Councillor Mahoney thanked staff for a very informative presentation and applauded the initiative.

Ms. Babazadeh-Oleghi and Ms. Wiles presented and provided an overview on We Are Resilient. They spoke to the Objectives and Outcomes, the Imagine 2050 Photo Contest, 2021 Outreach Campaign and Community Contest, the 2022 Outdoor Exhibition, the 2023 Travelling Exhibition and the Next Steps.

Members of the Committee expressed support and applauded the project initiative.
