Glenn Voakes, Resident asked the following question(s):

1. For clarification are we going to keep going ahead with the Cycling Master Plan (CMP) and do this?

A. Matthew Sweet, Manager, Active Transportation responded that yes, several things will be happening concurrently, the work towards building out the ultimate network will continue concurrent to the updating of the CMP and creating the five year implementation plan and then subsequent to that continuing the ultimate network build out will add in a layer of interim interventions.

2. Clarification that the CMP was a 27 year build out from 2018, is that correct?

A. Matthew Sweet, Manager, Active Transportation responded that the 27 year build out represents the average annual investment based on the unit cost from the 2018 plan to build the required infrastructure to take the base network and build out to the ultimate network, which was projected for 27 years.
