- Subsidy passes and payment plans are part of the program affordability.
- Customer base would be those making short trips, one way trips, tourists and transit users
- Currently determining locations and areas where people use active modes of transportation
- Preference is to have a docking system(s) in place
- Accessibility and Accountability will be enforced with compliance efforts through operator and customer
- Collision and Injury Data will be tracked using metrics, next stage of project implementation
- Operator/Owner is responsible for re-balancing, re-distributing and maintenance
- Current focus is on the three modes of micro-mobility, open to possibilities in the future
