Committee Members spoke about the development applications for the property and raised concerns with the driveway access to the proposed lots.

John Dunlop, Manager, Indigenous Relations, Heritage and Museums spoke to the application and building permit process for the four new lots.  J. Dunlop further spoke to the final architectural drawings and plan that require approval for the designated heritage home for required changes.
