OTHER BUSINESS

 

Members discussed the history of 2230 Mississauga Road and its former owner and inquired if a plaque could be erected on the site to acknowledge this owner and his life.  Staff advised that Heritage Mississauga would look at telling the story that is tied to the individual, not the property.

Councillor Dasko spoke about the appeal to the heritage designation for Lakeview Park Public School and was advised by staff that a report would be brought to General Committee on December 6, 2023.
